I don't know how to thank you for the job well
done. The new siding and paint job is amazing!
From the very first time we met, you made me feel
very comfortable with the project I was about to
take on. It was a small job, compared to some
of your other houses.. but it was a HUGE undertaking
for me and you made me feel like my house was just
as important as a really big house. I also
want to thank your precious wife, Amy Kathryn!
You have a jewel, my friend. When she came out
to look at the house and help pick out paint colors,
she listened to me and knew exactly what I wanted
and what the house needed. I'm taking the
suggestions she gave me as to improving the 'curb
appeal'. Everything was done on time, the
debris was all cleaned up, the men that work
for/with you were knowledgeable, very neat as well
as personable. I can't think of a single thing
I would change in dealing with you and Cranor Home
Exteriors. I look forward to "Phase2" and the
new windows.

When I think of Cranor Home
Exteriors the one word that comes to mind is
"integrity". From start to finish' the staff
at Cranor Home Exteriors and workers performed as a
team to provide excellent customer service and
deliver the product as promised. I had done
research and gotten competitive bids for installing
gutter guards. Cranor Home Exteriors offered
the best price for the product.
On his initial visit, Daniel Cranor
spent the necessary time with me to make
assessments, present the options and answer all my
questions. I was at work when the job was
performed and if I hadn't looked up to see my new
gutter guards when I got home, I wouldn't have known
the installers had been there! No debris was
left behind. My yard was left as it had been
found.
Perhaps the thing that I most
appreciate the absence of the feeling of being taken
advantage of. Unfortunately, as a single
woman, I have felt that way many times in obtaining
needed services. The price Daniel Initially
quoted me is the price I was charged. There
were no bad surprises. What he promised, is
what he delivered. It was one of those great
decisions choosing to go with Cranor Home Exteriors.
I would recommend them to anyone.

Most
experts will tell you it is easier and simpler to
move than to remodel, it is also less stressful.
With that said doing a big remodeling job on your
home can be money well spent if the right amount of
research and time goes into selecting the right
contractor for the job and can remove the expensive
and less stressful side of it as well.
I would
like to express my appreciation for the wonderful
job you completed on my home. You just
recently completed replacing the siding, gutters and
painting of my home and all my expectations were met
and I am extremely pleased with the way my home
looks. This was a major project that required
time and attention in selecting the right contractor
not just for the quality of workmanship but also
because the project was a major expense and
investment in the future of my home. The
siding project started with obtaining bids from
several reputable contractors and spending several
hours of research in their products and references.
I guess you can say that no two contractors are
created equal especially if you make the effort to
call several references of people who have used
their services. With that said, you will
always find that most references are happy with the
outcome of their project, however, each individual
should ask the right questions to all the references
to ensure they dig deeper to find the positive and
negative aspects of the overall project. In doing my
homework and asking the right questions of all of
the references you provided is really what helped me
select Cranor Home Exteriors my siding contractor.
The key to
success in any remodeling project lies within the
Project Manager skills and their ability to
address changes and alterations to the project along
the way. Several times there were issues that
were uncovered during the project that needed
special attention and with help form the project
Manager and Daniel Cranor the right solution for the
problem was determined, priced and agreed to before
any additional work was completed. To me this
was the most important service feature that was
provided by Cranor Home Exteriors and of course
Daniel Cranor ensured that the work and quality was
consistent with what was expected on the overall
project.
I feel
throughout every step of the way you were honest and
trustworthy and as I mentioned delivered on all that
you promised. You and your Wife's help in
choosing the right siding and colors for my home
also gave it the updated fresh look I was looking
for. Many of my neighbors have commented on
how well my house looks. I am also very
pleased with the addition of new gutters and gutter
grids as well. It was money well spent and I
would recommend your work highly. I'm also
considering Cranor Home Exteriors in the future for
possibly adding a Decks Under Cover system as well.
I wish more companies like yours paid as much
attention to detail and quality as you do, then it
would be easier to sit back and wait for the
finished project without any concerns or worries
knowing that what you paid for is what you will
truly get.

This is
just a quick not to thank you for the work that you
recently did on our home.
Last year,
prior to your work, the insurance company had
appraised the home for $400,000 not including the
lot. Then we got with your company and
replaced all of the cedar siding with Hardi Plank
and replaced all of the wooden sofit and fascia work
with Hardi products. After you finished this
work, we had the decks rebuilt and replaced all of
the wood with new composite products. After
this work was completed, the insurance company
reappraised the structure, and the new value was
$585,000 not including the lot. This is a gain
of $185,000 in one year. Property values
increased by about 10%, but that still leaves
$145,000 attributable to your improvements.

have gone more smoothly, And before that, the
window trim and sill repairs were also done in a
similar high quality fashion. I'm very happy
with the look of the Hardi Plank and look forward to

only you, but also your employees, I feel like
